This is De Bazel building in Amsterdam. It used to be the home of Nederlandsche Handel-Maatschappij, or ABN-AMRO bank, but they moved out a long time ago. Apparently it’s now used to store municipal archives.

From what I can find out on the web, ‘Leo Bezet’ means that the space has been ‘taken by Leo’ for selling goods on Queen’s Day. I have no idea about the grafitti, but I thought it made a great contrast to the carved statues.
